What else do you plan on doing to it?

I'm liking the energy wavy things...
what are they? another photo, done from scratch?, distortion?

actually its nothing but a waved long exposure render, with some highlights, and soft brushing...i wanted to fix the levels a bit more, and finish her hair a bit more too...you'll notice around the hair a little grain...im real lazy, but ill get it done soon enough

You have a lot of negitive space, and because her body is triangular it makes her look out of place.

Try cropping her a little (the top and bottom)
See if it looks good.

Also the lines/tattoo seems to have really sharp edges (up close), try dropping the oppasity down a little bit and blur it about 1 or so pixles...it will make it look a bit more natural.

That looks a lot better...Try changing the color of the drop shadows to some form of blue or purple...
it looks like you used black...when you use black it tends to flatten things, making them look unnatural.
This will also work because her skin tone has more of a yellowish orange tone to it...blue and or purple would be the compliment of her skin.

I would move the drop shadows down a little more (Down... toward the botton of the image). Your light source is coming from the top of the scene therefore the shadows would reflect this.
